High-efficiency buildings, district energy systems and smart operational platforms work together to optimise energy use and reduce carbon emissions.
Approximately 20,000 sqm of rooftop solar, combined with renewable electricity, supports a cleaner energy mix, while an advanced ice storage cooling system enhances energy efficiency by optimising load management across the district.
This integrated approach has been recognised through leading international standards as the ESG achievements, including LEED and WELL Community Platinum certifications, as well as WiredScore Neighborhood Platinum. The project has also been awarded the MIPIM Asia Awards Gold Winner for Best New Mega Development.
